Lyman & Merrie Wood Museum of Springfield History 2009 Adaptive reuse of former office building to display historical objects: Indian Motorcycles, Rolls Royce Cars, Smith & Wesson Guns, Historical memorabilia. Former office building space was renovated to function as galleries, new polished concrete floors, new low height display walls, existing concrete ceiling sprayed with cellulose to reduce noise, new HVACs, electrical, renovated and new accessible bathrooms, new elevator. Center of museum is new three story high atrium. Projects was designed for LEED Certification but was not certified. Project Budget: 7.2 million dollars

Polish Center of Discovery & Learning, Chicopee, MA 2010 Adaptive reuse of former priest residence for use as a museum to display cultural artifacts and present performances. New elevator and accessible entrance were added, performance space for 125 people will be completed in phase two.
